We will gladly refund your purchase price for any item, for any reason. Simply notify us by email or phone within 15 days to request a refund and return authorization number. No refunds or returns will be authorized after 15 days of reciept of the product.

- How do I clean for my ornaments?
Carefully dust with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use any liquid/foam cleaning products or treated cloths.
- How do I store my ornaments?
Ornaments should be individually wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. Do not wrap glass ornaments is plastic as glass ornaments need to "breathe". (See our links page for options of where to buy acid-free paper online.)
Pack ornaments in a single layer in a strong cardboard box. Do not store in glass or plastic as this reduces the ornaments "breatheability". Also, clear wrappings and boxes allow in harmful light rays. (See our links page for options of where to buy ornament boxes online.)
Store ornament box in a dry, cool environment.
